About the Role
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has just become available. We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Senior Registered Nurse to join Cardiovascular ICU as a Nurse Educator.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will:
Lead and support education for high-acuity ICU environment.
Use your strong organisational and clinical expertise to identify and meet learning needs.
Work collaboratively with skilled multidisciplinary ICU team.
Foster a positive, supportive workplace culture aligned with our core values.
Contribute to high clinical standards and continuous quality improvement.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Current NZ Nursing Council registration and a valid APC
Minimum of 3-4 years clinical experience within a Cardiovascular ICU environment
Postgraduate studies in Critical Care (preferred)
Demonstrated teaching, coaching, or preceptorship experience.
A commitment to supporting and promoting a diverse and multicultural workforce.
