Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse
Location: Agra
Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU, including premature infants and those with complex medical conditions.
2. Monitor vital signs, assess patients' conditions, and communicate changes to the medical team.
3. Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Perform procedures such as venipuncture, arterial puncture, and endotracheal tube suctioning.
5. Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
6. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
7. Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
8. Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities to enhance nursing practice.
Requirements:
1. Valid nursing license, with certification in Nursing.
2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Diploma in Nursing (GNM) accepted with relevant experience.
3. Previous experience in neonatal nursing or a related specialty preferred.
4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with parents and family members.
7. Commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered care to all patients.
8. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
