Designation: Nurse Practitioner Location: Infopark, Kakkanad Experience: 1+ years Shift: U.K. Shift (5.30 pm - 2.30 am) Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 Per Month Working Days: 5 days/week (Fixed Sat & Sun off) Excellent fluency in English Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate closely with Medical Assistants to provide comprehensive and timely medical guidance and support to patients over the phone. 2. Assist Medical Assistants in delivering accurate and relevant medical information during phone consultations. 3. Answer medical queries received by the call center, providing accurate and evidence-based information to patients. 4. Assess patients' medical histories and symptoms, offering informed advice and recommendations to address their healthcare needs. 5. Provide guidance to patients after consulting with healthcare providers, developing personalized treatment plans, and monitoring their progress. 6. Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Requirements 1. Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing. 2. Prior clinical experience as a registered nurse is usually required, with a minimum of several years of experience preferred. 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to convey complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
