Hiring Assistant Teacher for Pre Primary - Immediate Join required
Role : Assistant Teacher
Shift Time : 8am to 2pm
• STUDENT ADMINISTRATION
1) Be responsible for the emotional and physical well-being of every child.
2) Be approachable and treat students fairly and objectively.
3) Inculcate discipline in and out of the classroom.
4) Treat children with dignity and respect.
5) Ensure that all children pay attention to the Lesson plan delivered.
6) Involve all students in the learning process and provide opportunities for all students to experience success.
7) Seek to enable students to become more independent learners.
8) Promote maximum student participation and interest and assist students in analyzing and improving methods and habits of study.
+) Help in the arrival and dispersal of the students.
10) Assist and engage students at snack/ lunch time (i.e. help serve snacks to the children, talk to them about healthy food, good eating habits, etc.).
11) Share bus and field duties with the Main teacher.
12) Assist the children in the Library and Sick Bay.
13) Accompany the students and supervise SPA activities.
14) Assist the SPA coaches in taking attendance, maintaining discipline and ensuring active participation of the students in the SPA activities.
15) Supervise students at all times in the school premises.
16) Identify students with special needs and communicate the same to the
Main Teacher.
• GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
1) Attend all staff meetings and participate in the recommended training programmes, courses and other aspects of professional growth.
2) Protect and maintain all school property at any given point of time.
3) Special Events:
a. Participate in organizing and implementing the special events of the school.
b. Participate in all the Field Trips and Supervise the Assemblies.
c. Assist in public relations events and other special events sponsored by school.
4) Conduct stock-taking of teaching aids on a monthly basis along with the
Main Teacher.
5) Be responsible for effective coordination within departments to conduct day to day operations.
6) Maintain a professional attitude and attire at all times.
7) Assist the Main Teacher in maintaining and displaying the Theme charts on the Soft boards.
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
