We are currently looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Bank Staff Team. This flexible role is perfect for someone who is passionate about childcare and enjoys working as part of a supportive and professional team.

As Bank Staff, you’ll help cover shifts during staff absences, holidays, or busy periods. Whether you’re looking for a few hours a week or more regular work, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Support the care and development of children aged 0-5 years
Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
Work collaboratively with the nursery team to create a fun and stimulating environment
Requirements:

Experience working with children in a professional or voluntary setting
A genuine passion for working in childcare
Flexibility to work different shifts across the week
A positive, can-do attitude
(A childcare qualification is desirable but not essential – we welcome applicants with relevant experience!)
