Job Description
Assist customers in selecting plants, gardening supplies, to meet their landscaping needs
Provide expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance
Stock shelves with merchandise efficiently, ensuring products are well-organized and visually appealing through effective merchandising
Maintain the health and appearance of plants by watering, pruning, and caring for inventory as needed
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, offering gardening tips, and building lasting relationships
Qualifications
Passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor living products
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases
Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices is highly desirable
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting plants or merchandise safely
Being knowledgeable to help customers choose the right trees ans shrubs .

Pay: $17.85-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
