Duties
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages learning and exploration.
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
Manage classroom behaviour and promote positive interactions among students.
Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational programme.
Maintain accurate records of children's achievements and progress.
Requirements:
– Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
– Experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery or early years setting
– Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding principles
– Positive, professional, and calm under pressure
