• Responsible for onsite training and orientation of nursing staff.
• Will develop and implement training programs, training material.
• Will supervise nursing services throughout the hospital.
• To ensure quality improvement and management.
• Will conduct short duration classes for sharpening nursing skills pf present staff.
• To educate nurses in work place safety precautions.
• To guide nurses in infection prevention.
• Additional Requirement:
• 4-5 years experienced required.
• Required female candidate.
