Job Summary
The Clinical Nutrition Expert at Bryan Health is responsible for providing expert nutrition care to patients, developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized age-appropriate nutrition treatment plans
Collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, therapies, and nutrition and dining services to implement and monitor nutrition interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to educate on nutrition therapy options and expected results
Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and maintain strong provider and hospital relationships
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of personnel and medical staff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or Food and Nutrition
Registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) as a Registered Dietitian (RD)
Licensed Medical Nutrition Therapist (LMNT) from the state of Nebraska
Prior clinical nutrition experience in specialty area preferred
