">Qualifications:

• B. Tech., B.Sc., M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering or MBA in Marketing or a related field">
• Minimum of 2-7 years of progressive experience in international marketing, preferably within the chemical fertilizer or agricultural industry">
• Proven track record of developing and successfully implementing international marketing strategies that have driven growth and achieved measurable results">
• Strong understanding of the global agricultural sector, fertilizer market dynamics, and key international markets">
• Excellent knowledge of various marketing channels, both traditional and digital, and their application in international contexts">
• Experience in managing international distributors, agents, and partnerships">
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies">
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse cultural backgrounds">
