About the Role
The Safety Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to improve safety culture and performance at the site. This includes completing team-based risk assessments, facilitating incident investigations, and providing coaching, training, and leadership to continually improve the safety culture and performance at the site.
You will be working closely with facility leaders and front-line team members to ensure that safety is integrated into every aspect of our operations. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and direction to facility leadership in support of their efforts to implement OBE Safety, Health and Environment Programs.
