Job Overview: The Workplace Safety Expert will play a key role in ensuring the safety and well-being of employees within the Government Of South Australia. This involves providing expert WHS knowledge and advice to various stakeholders, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of the Safety Management System.
Responsibilities:
WHS Provision: Provide expert WHS knowledge and advice to education sites, partnerships and corporate divisions.
Safety Culture: Promote a safety culture where people feel safe and supported.
Collaboration: Collaborate with executive leaders, site leaders, corporate business units and WHS unit to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
Qualifications: An appropriate tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Risk Management or other related discipline OR Cert IV in WHS or relevant experience in a similar role.
