Maintains the necessary and required documentation which shall include evaluations, re-evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans and goals, discharge summaries, billing documentation, reports required by insurance carriers with the contractual requirement with the facility and other related reports that will need to be submitted in a timely manner.To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:As a minimum, have a current Iowa State Board License as Occupational Therapist
