An exciting opportunity awaits for a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to step into a leadership role as a Team Leader at this well-established Allied health provider.

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of this team, while utilising your clinical skills to make a positive impact on the lives of clients.

Alongside fostering the development of fellow team members, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services.
Utilise your expertise and experience in delivering services under the NDIS framework.
Provide training and supervision to other Occupational Therapists, fostering their professional growth.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote the well-being of clients.
Manage and organise your team's schedules, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Contribute to monthly MDT meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals.
Conduct case studies and evaluations to enhance the quality of care provided.
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, inspiring your team to reach their full potential.

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full APHRA registration
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
Driver's license and own car
