Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional assessments, develop therapy plans, and deliver tailored interventions
Provide capacity building supports across a variety of life domains (e.g. daily living, community access, assistive technology)
Prepare high-quality clinical documentation and NDIS reports
Collaborate with participants, families, and support networks to ensure effective outcomes
Engage in regular professional development and team collaboration
What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration
Experience or strong interest in working within the NDIS framework
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
Commitment to person-centred practice and continuous improvement
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $84,118.43 – $118,4++.63 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week
