Your Role and Responsibilities
Accountable for the overall delivery performance of the end-to-end regional separations process including process compliance with all relevant legal/financial and company procedures.
Give daily execution directions the team, Interact with company's employees and ex- employees, providing information during their Offboarding process, working on different tools, maintaining weekly and monthly reports.
Identifies continuous improvement opportunities in delivery processing with minimal manual touchpoints that is focused on effort optimization and employee/manager experience.
Manage a team of high performing offboarding specialists who understand transformation and are able to apply best practices for HR processes.
Ensure processing is aligned standard global process wherever allowable by law and country policies and that processes
Manage key stakeholders like country HR leaders, ER/LR teams and counterpart in the up stream and downstream processes.
Timely business reports, issue logs and trackers are produced.
Display a proactive behaviour with the ability to meet deadlines while in compliance to policy and process guidelines.
Work in a collaborative manner, display flexibility, respond positively in a changing environment and foster an environment of inclusion and diversity.
Who you are:
The Offboarding delivery manager has responsibilities for leading the Offboarding team in the Bangalore Delivery Center. This includes people management responsibilities and key deliverables in areas of process transformation execution, program implementation, key stakeholder management. They should coach and enable the team to enhance skills, create an environment encouraging creativity and innovation and foster a culture of inclusion and diversity. They would be responsible for business outcomes such as offboarding communication & processing timeliness, employee and manager experience, issues response time, and other key Offboarding measurements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10-12 yrs of experience in multi-region (AP/EMEA/China/Japan) HR operations with at least 6 years in a people management role.
Experience in managing country level process and policy.
Demonstratable experience of process optimization in HR operations which includes mapping of complex legal and statutory requirements to process design.
Excellent communication skills with experience in managing global stakeholders.
Good understanding of metric reporting and leadership presentations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Familiar with HRMS sytems deployed on SAP SuccessFactors
Experience in cross functional HR projects
