Job Description Maintain office services by organizing office operations & procedures2. Maintain attendance reports of office staff, local and outstation sales team; andthereafter prepare payroll3. Manage the marketing team expenses and reports under the guidance of themanagement4. Act as the management go to person for any new work / task and assist themanagement in carrying out their tasks5. Help the management in laying out systems and formats for reporting and managingworks6. Manage correspondence with other parties such as tentant for rent agreements andcollections7. Make sale voucher from dispatch details as received from factory8. Make purchase account from receiving details from factory+. As an office in-charge manage administrative activities including payment of utilitybills, maintaining office facilities, etc10. Coordinate with factory11. Assist the management in overseeing operations at the company depot12. Handle the personal tax files of the promoters13. There is NO corporate taxation work in this roleExperience - The Candidate should :1. Be 30 + yrs of age with 5-6 yrs of experience in managing office activities2. Be comfortable with managing manual reports and planning3. Have experience in handling a wide variety of projects4.
