Who we’re looking for:

The incumbent has had a promotion, so we are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and facilitate getting things done. Ideally you will have had experience in an office environment and be able to prioritise your work without getting bothered. We need someone with a keen eye for detail and accuracy as there will be reporting and spreadsheeting ability required.



What you’ll be doing:

This is an office-based role that covers all aspects of ensuring our business functions smoothly. You will be assisting the Managing Director in their role as well as helping others in the office to achieve outcomes. Organising events and managing our own fleet of vehicles, overseeing general office spending, supporting the Health and Safety and Sustainability/Corporate Responsibility teams in Australia and People & Culture activity in NZ mean this role has a high level of variety and independence.

We’re looking for someone who’s…

An organised, unflustered self-starter with a good sense of humour. You understand confidentiality, are comfortable with technology and numbers, and can make decisions. You will ideally have had experience in an office supporting up to 100 team members and are comfortable facilitating linkages between our people.
