Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and managing various office functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in office management and familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks will be highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct client calls, manage scheduling and documents
Support billing, invoicing, mail, and office supply ordering
Process payroll for payroll clients
Manage and organize CPA owner’s emails
Provide administrative support to accountants colleagues
Assist with firm marketing and client communications
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior office or accounting firm experience preferred
