• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and data for weekly and quarterly reviews, tracking candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
• Provide essential administrative support to the Recruitment Lead to help meet hiring goals amid significant growth.
• Manage enquiries from external candidates, maintaining a timely and professional communication flow.
• Help maintain an organised and efficient recruitment process, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and without delay.
