Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
ü Attending/answering candidates calls & queries relevant to various training programs offered by the Academy within the assigned portfolio.
ü Initiating outbound calls with prospective candidates to discuss ongoing and future planned training programs and assist them in enrolling into it.
ü Discussing training curriculum/course content, fee structure, time slots and payment methods with the prospective candidates.
ü Co-ordinating with various trainers on training programs regarding program start date, end date, batch timings etc., and aligning the interested candidates accordingly.
ü Ensuring candidates and trainers are aligned on the training curriculum, start & end dates, time slots to ensure smooth functioning of batches.
ü Performing strong follow up and follow in regarding course payments with both students and trainers.
ü Attending walk-in customers/students to assist them on current or future training programs within the assigned portfolio.
ü Co-ordinating directly with the Admin Head for daily tasks and activities.
ü Perform all Admin tasks assigned by the Institute as per the business needs and requirements.
Education & Experience:
Any graduate is preferred with 2-5 years of core experience in Office Administration or Support, preferably in Training Institutes or Academies.
Skills:
ü Well organized & must have time management skills
ü Good at co-ordinating between different parties
ü Good oral & written communication & interpersonal skills
ü Self-motivated with an ability to work under minimal supervision
ü Well versed with MS-Office applications like MS-WORD, EXCEL, POWEPOINT and OUTLOOK etc.
ü Strong follow-up and follow-in skills
ü Sales/target oriented, with ability to work under pressure
Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
