About the role:

Reception - Serving as the first point of contact for clients, both in person and over the phone
Handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Coordinating vehicle bookings, ordering phone/stationary, office and kitchen supplies
Welcoming and introducing new employees to the company and showing them around the office
Setting up workstations, including necessary equipment, access, and software
Planning and organising office events, meetings, and appointments
Liaising with Company Directors and key clients as required
Providing administrative support to various departments as needed

About you:

3+ year’s experience in a similar role working for a manufacturer or construction company
Proactive and uses initiative
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Collaborative team member with the ability to work independently
Skill in managing multiple tasks, organising, and setting work priorities
