We are looking for an Administrator who is the "friendly face" that people see when they come in and the last person they see when they're done with our amazing therapists—someone who can juggle a complex schedule with a smile and keep our operations humming.

What You’ll Actually Do
Master the Schedule: Manage bookings for our multiple services including physiotherapy, chiro, massage, personal training and more.
The Paperwork (The Important Stuff): Handle billing, accounts receivable, and insurance portals (Jane App/Telus/HCAI).
The Hookup: Connect with our community through professional (but fun) newsletters and social media updates.
The First Impression: Be the friendly, outgoing voice on the phone and the welcoming face at the front desk.
Who You Are
A Multi-Tasking Pro: You can handle a ringing phone, a patient checking out, and a therapist asking for a room change without breaking a sweat.
Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with Windows, Office, and learning new clinical software.
A Communicator: Your English (written and verbal) is top-tier.
A Wellness Enthusiast: You actually believe in the health and movement-based lifestyle we promote.
The Logistics
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Consistent hours = no guessing your schedule).
Compensation: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on your skill level, experience and how much "heavy lifting" you can do on day one.
