Job Description
Act as the first point of contact – answer phone calls, greet visitors and support client-facing interactions.
Assist the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the office.
Maintain a clean, well-organised and professional office environment, including basic waste management and tidying shared spaces.
Help prepare for meetings and workshops (room setup, basic materials, refreshments).
Support simple media and marketing tasks, such as assisting with social media posts and updates.
Provide ad hoc support to directors and team members to keep the studio running smoothly.
This role is hands-on and central to how the office operates.
