- Conducting onboarding and training on export procedures

- Maintaining employee database, attendance, and salary processing
- Managing contracts, especially for shift/warehouse staff

- Training employees on export compliance, safety, and documentation basics
- Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Performance Management
- Appraisals and productivity tracking (especially for operations staff)
- Employee Relations
- Handling grievances, discipline, and engagement activities
2. OFFICE ADMIN – EXPORT COMPANY
Role:
Support smooth office operations and assist in documentation, coordination, and communication for export activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Office Operations
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and utilities
- Coordinating maintenance and IT support
- Documentation Support
- Filing and maintaining export-related documents (invoices, contracts, certificates)
- Assisting in document preparation and record keeping
Coordination
- Scheduling meetings with clients, freight forwarders, and vendors
- Coordinating between departments (sales, accounts, logistics)
- Vendor & Facility Management
- Handling office vendors (couriers, printers, internet, etc.)
- Managing administrative budgets and expenses
- Front Desk & Communication
- Handling calls, emails, visitors, and courier dispatch/receipts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
