Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator for our Visa Consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, handle client documentation, and support visa processing activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
Assist in visa documentation, file preparation, and verification
Maintain proper records of applications and client data
Coordinate with clients for required documents and updates
Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
Support the visa consultant team with backend operations
Ensure smooth workflow and office coordination
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in administration / visa consultancy / travel industry
Good communication skills (English + Hindi; Gujarati is a plus)
Basic knowledge of visa processes (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
