Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Technical Support
Prepare, organize, and maintain product documentation including:
Technical Data Sheets (TDS)
Certificates of Analysis (COA)
Food Safety documentation
Database, CRM, Customer & Marketing Support (Non-Sales Role)
Develop and maintain CRM databases and support lead tracking
Contact inbound leads to gather information and route inquiries
Follow up on quotes, document requests, and sample shipments
Assist with past-due payment follow-ups in a professional manner
Coordinate and send direct mail campaigns (USPS)
Help organize and support email marketing campaigns
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist with general office organization and process improvement
Support logistics, including repacking small items when needed
Provide support wherever needed across operations
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in B2B environments; background in food ingredients or manufacturing strongly preferred
Administrative experience with strong organization and attention to detail
Reliable, flexible, and comfortable supporting multiple areas of the business
Comfortable working with technical documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
