With the rapid development of the business and with huge growth & expansion opportunity ahead, Career Abroad is now looking to hire new personnel to join our Vadodara team.
Career Abroad is hiring for its new office location in Vadodara. Career Abroad is a Toronto, Canada based Immigration Consultancy and has over 15 years of immigration industry experience. The firm is managed by certified and regulated professionals that have combined industry experience of over 27 years.
Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Create and update expense reports.
Handle office administration responsibilities and maintain log of it
Support duties related to accounts payable and account receivable functions.
Assist with the preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports.
Analyse financial information to identify discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries.
Work along with other team members and assist them in various office administration process.
Requirements:
At least one-year of accounts assistant or office administration experience preferred.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
