The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient problem solver who thrives in a high-pressure environment where they can think on their feet. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, from managing travel arrangements to welcoming guests and anticipating their needs.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for guests and employees
Booking travel and accommodation, including taxis, and updating diaries accordingly
Processing invoices and expenses
Welcoming visitors and preparing refreshments
Managing the meeting room booking system
Coordinating lunch orders
Liaising with the IT department
Scheduling 1:1 meetings
To be successful in this role, you must have 2-3 years+ of experience as an Office Assistant in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the investment sector, consultancy or professional services.
