Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to support daily office work and handle customer communication via WhatsApp and phone calls.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp and phone
Coordinate with customers for orders, updates, and follow-ups
Maintain basic records in Excel / system
Assist team with day-to-day office work
Ensure timely communication and task completion
Requirements
Basic communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls, and basic Excel
Organized, punctual, and responsible
