Location: Versova, Andheri - Mumbai
Reporting To: Office Administrator / HR Manager
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (not all Saturdays)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to handle day-to-day office support activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained while assisting with hospitality, courier preparation, and basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the office daily as per schedule.
Ensure the office premises are clean, tidy, and well-maintained throughout the day.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle incoming and outgoing courier parcels, maintain records, and coordinate with delivery personnel.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other routine office support tasks.
Monitor and replenish pantry and cleaning supplies as needed.
Support staff in setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments during meetings.
Run small errands within or outside the office as required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all office dealings.
Assist in basic maintenance or liaise with external vendors when required.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience as an Office Boy / Office Assistant preferred.
Polite, punctual, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of handling courier and cleaning supplies.
Ability to communicate in [English/Hindi/Marathi].
Physically fit and able to handle minor manual tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
