Duties
Office Assistant responsibilities as assigned
Handling inquiries and Calendar updates
Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and collaboration
Support calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and events
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring excellent service at all times
Skills
Hospitality background preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous office management or administrative experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as proofreading, filing, data entry, and record keeping
Exceptional phone etiquette
Personal assistant experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided on specific duties.
