Post : Office Boy
Qualification : HSC and above
Budget Range : 15000 to 18000
Job Profile: Maintaining overall office cum admin work-related all the work should be able to carry out.
Pantry work and Tea making and distribution
welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. Printers, visiting offices and submitting documents)
Reimbursement, Billing, Petty Cash, Managing Quotes.
Manage office inventory
Attending visitors, receiving calls, and maintaining client records.
