Job Title: Office Boy

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and smooth functioning of the office, assisting staff with administrative tasks, and providing general support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including restrooms, pantry, and common areas.
✅ Serve beverages (tea, coffee, water) to staff and guests.
✅ Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents as needed.
✅ Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining office supplies.
✅ Run errands, such as delivering documents or collecting materials from vendors or other offices.
✅ Ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and report any maintenance needs.
✅ Support other administrative staff as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th grade (high school) education.
Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks.
Polite, punctual, and presentable.
Basic understanding of office procedures.
Willingness to run errands and support the office team.
