Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the office premises clean and well-maintained. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring a tidy workspace for employees.
Office Supplies: Monitor office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) and restock as needed. This includes keeping track of inventory and notifying relevant personnel when supplies are running low.
Tea/Coffee Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to office staff and visitors. Keep the pantry area organized and clean.
Assistance to Staff: Assist employees with basic tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents. Help with setting up meeting rooms and arranging seating for meetings.
Errands and Deliveries: Run errands as required, such as purchasing office supplies or delivering documents to other offices or clients.
Document Management: Help in organizing and maintaining physical and digital documents. File documents appropriately for easy retrieval.
Guest Reception: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with visitors.
Light Administrative Tasks: Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, maintaining records, and updating databases.
Safety and Security: Ensure that the office premises are secure by locking doors and windows after working hours. Cooperate with security personnel if the office is part of a larger building.
Cooperation: Collaborate with colleagues and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Basic communication skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Good organizational skills.
Physical stamina for carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Respectful and professional demeanor.
Basic computer skills for tasks like email and document printing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
