Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as an Office Boy. The Office Boy will be responsible for providing support and assistance in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, as well as performing various administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and kitchen.
Ensure proper arrangement and organization of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Assist in setting up and organizing meeting rooms for various company activities and events.
Distribute incoming correspondence, such as mail, packages, and deliveries, to the appropriate recipients.
Run errands outside the office.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
Support the administrative staff in performing basic clerical tasks.
Assist in basic maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs, arranging furniture, and ensuring office equipment is in working order.
Monitor and replenish office consumables, such as printer cartridges, paper, and refreshments.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment.
Requirements:
High school or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a similar role or as an office assistant would be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
Good verbal skills.
Excellent time management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina to carry out manual tasks, such as lifting and moving office supplies.
Professional and courteous attitude with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.
