About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support the smooth functioning of our office operations. The role involves basic administrative support, maintaining cleanliness and order in the office, and assisting staff with routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises (pantry, workstations, meeting rooms).
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests as required.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, binding, and other clerical tasks.
Assist with packing, courier, and delivery arrangements.
Ensure that office supplies (stationery, pantry stock, etc.) are always available.
Run office errands and support staff with day-to-day requirements.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring refreshments for visitors.
Perform any other general office duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum High School / 10th / 12th pass education.
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Honest, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Physically active and able to perform routine office tasks.
