We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at RACE PLACEMENTS in Jaipur, Rajasthan. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring a smooth workflow. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Professional and friendly demeanor
Roles And Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the office
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel
• Maintain a presentable office environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
• Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
