We are hiring Office Executives who are capable of maintaining office services by organizing office operation procedures.
Skills Required:
Performing basic admin duties including printing,senting mails and ordering office supplies.Assisting and supporting managementCoordinating services with office related vendors and service providers,food & beaverage vendors and furniture vendors.Assisting with inventory controlAct as concierge to coordinate and setup meetings and events as requested and coordination of all other logistics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's ( Preferred) in any fieldExcellent organizational skillKnowledge in computer operating systemAbility to work as a part of a team
