Job Title: Ecommerce Manager
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our ecommerce strategy on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of managing successful online sales channels. As Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online sales channels on Amazon and Flipkart, maximizing revenue, and driving growth through effective PPC strategies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape on Amazon and Flipkart and be able to leverage that knowledge to implement cutting-edge ecommerce solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer experience on Amazon and Flipkart
- Manage all aspects of our sales channels on Amazon and Flipkart, including product catalog, pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment
- Monitor sales performance and use data analytics to optimize the customer journey and increase conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounts , Fullfilment , and Operations , to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns, including email, and display advertising, to drive traffic and sales on Amazon and Flipkart
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and recommend new strategies to enhance the ecommerce experience on Amazon and Flipkart
- Manage relationships with Amazon and Flipkart vendors and service providers, including payment processors, shipping carriers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security standards on Amazon and Flipkart
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of work experience , preferably in a management role
- Strong understanding of Amazon and Flipkart platforms and technologies, including content management systems, payment gateways, and shipping carriers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals
While ecommerce experience is preferred, it is not required as long as you have a strong understanding of ecommerce marketplaces and a willingness to learn about the ecommerce landscape on Amazon and Flipkart.
