Job Description
We are looking for passionate, energetic people to join us as Front Office Co-ordinator.
The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality background with experience in restaurant administration.
- Familiarity with SevenRooms
- Familiarity with Ordermate
- Strong attention to detail
- Administrative skills are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage online and phone bookings using the SevenRooms platform
- Promptly respond to booking requests, dietary requirement questions, and general guest enquiries via phone and email
- Communicate effectively with Restaurant Managers and Head Chefs to facilitate the best possible guest experience
- Provide a consistently high level of customer service to all patrons
- Maintain knowledge of Group VIPs and regular guests
- ensuring notes and preferences are accurately recorded and actioned
- Support the Events Manager with large group bookings and private events: generate quotes, send booking forms, and proactively convert enquiries into confirmed reservations
- Previous experience in marketing and events, with the ability to contribute to external activations and collaboration. As The Rocks has a lot of event planned over the year.

- Passion for food and beverage, backed by experience in a similar role (restaurants or hotels)

- Passionate about guest satisfaction, engagement, and service standards
A minimum of 2 years experience working in reservations in a high end hospitality venue
Familiarity with Seven Rooms and Ordermate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
