We are looking for a dependable and proactive Office Helper to support day-to-day operations at our manufacturing office. The ideal candidate will assist various departments with basic tasks, ensure the workplace remains clean and organized, and help facilitate smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist staff with filing, photocopying, and basic administrative tasks
• Handle physical movement of documents between departments
• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, pantry, and meeting areas
• Serve refreshments to staff and visitors when required
• Monitor and restock office supplies and pantry items
• Support logistics tasks such as packing or minor errands within office premises
• Follow safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols always

Requirements

Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of office etiquette and hygiene practices
• Physically fit and punctual
• Honest, hardworking, and willing to take instructions
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions (Kannada-speaking preferred)
