About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager to join our team based in the Adelaide CBD, this role will be responsible for management of the Adelaide office.

Responsibilities

Supporting the overall management of the head office including but not limited to:
Management responsibility of reception function and its resources
Desk allocation
Car park management
Processing and coding invoices
Responsible for maintaining appropriate supply levels of office consumables
Coordinate and assist with social events as required
Maintain good relationships with vendors
Oversight of the onboarding process for all personnel working from the Adelaide office.
Maintenance of office equipment/machines to ensure they remain in good working condition
Ensure communications and marketing collateral on display are kept up to date
Assist the HSEQ team with data entry and reporting: support statistical reporting for weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Assist with document control and system maintenance: provide support with the review of HSEQ system documents for the MMS in consultation with the wider HSEQ team
Assist with tenders in the new business team
Other general administrative support as required
About You

Strong organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills
A demonstrated ability to quickly learn concepts, terminology and procedures
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
Ability to operate with minimal direction, prioritise work requirements and effectively manage your own and others time
Ability to exercise initiative, problem solve and manage a multiplicity of issues simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
