Are you a Melbourne property manager pondering on next role? We are seeking an Office Manager to run a small yet very busy rental compliance team.

Our client operate a very busy rental compliance business in the inner North. Their business solely supports real estate agencies to implement and ensure legislated minimum standards for rental properties under management are being met and adhered to.
The Role And Who We Are Looking For
As Office Manager you will be ensuring the office runs efficiently and that the customer service provided to clients is a memorable one. You will manage a small off shore team who provide data entry, admin and reporting. You will be there to support the team, ensuring accuracy and the team are accountable within their duties.
An example of your daily duties will include,
Overseeing a small offshore team
Office support - providing strong visible leadership
Weekly reporting to Operations Manager and Sales Director regarding projects
Onboarding new staff, staff inductions and training
Working with sales staff on projects, managing work orders
Report management
Team management - developing and designing work systems/work flows
Customer Service - writing and responding to emails, taking and making client calls
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in property management/sales administration is essential
Some leadership experience would be ideal
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
High attention to detail is a not negotiable
This role is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4pm and once training and competency is reached, 2 days working from home will be available.
Salary is circa $80,000 - $+0,000.
