Candidate will be responsible for handling inward calls / emails / chat from customers interested in buying our products/services.Give an introduction to the customer about our company.Understand the customer's need and connect the customer to the relevant sales team.Follow up with customers for feedback and testimonials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.Should have the passion for helping customers.Preference will be given to those with knowledge of IT products & services.Should be well versed in software tools viz CRM, spreadsheet, documents, email, etc.

Salary: ₹11,++0.+4 - ₹17,278.70 per month
