Job Opening: Office & Warehouse Assistant (Full-Time, Monday to Friday)
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Office & Warehouse Assistant to support our daily operations. This hybrid role includes administrative, customer service, and warehouse responsibilities, ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys a dynamic work environment

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks
Respond to sales inquiries via email, delivering outstanding customer support
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients
Maintain organized records and handle general office duties
Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
Prepare quotes and process customer orders
Reach out to potential distributors by email and phone
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Qualifications

Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of multitasking
Dependable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

Bonus pay
Overtime pay
Schedule:

Monday to Friday
