We have an open position for HR Recruiter(female).
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur.
Salary: From Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000
Experience: Minimum 1-year relevant experience is required.
Other Details: Six days a week, 8 Hrs 30 Minutes shift, Other Perks
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Creating and updating job descriptions.
2. Sourcing potential candidates from various portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc).
3. Coordinating with Placement Consultancies.
4. Sending job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
5. Employees On-boarding
6. Other HR functions
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Must have excellent written communication skills.
● Eligibility: Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment is required.
● Minimum 1 year of commitment with the company
