Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role based in Jaipur. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll compliance. Tasks include overseeing hiring processes, coaching employees, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing performance improvement strategies.
Qualifications
• Recruitment, Onboarding, and Performance Management skills
• Knowledge of Payroll & Compliance procedures
• Experience in implementing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is beneficial
