We are urgently looking for HR Officer (Female Candidate Only) Position for Ahmedabad Location.

Job Description:
These is HR Officer Role, to take care of Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HR ERP, Training and Development, HR Employee friendly events, Work-life balance initiatives.
1) Yearly Manpower Planning & Costing
2) Recruitment Which Includes Chemical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Fitters, AOCP, LACP, Lab Assistants & other technical Staff.
3) Completing Joining Formalities - Creating Ecodes in HRMS
4) Induction & Orientation of New Joinee within TAT Time
5) Performance Appraisal Management through 360 System
6) Attendance & leave Management & Payroll - Salary Process of On Roll Employees & contractual workman Employees
7) Handling recruitment of Contractual Workmen with the help of Labour Contractors
8) Handling contract labours – from maintaining manpower to statutory compliance
+) Handling Statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity 10) Have designed HR Manual & responsibility to maintain office decorum & policy.
11) Exit Formalities - Right from Exit Interview, Employee Retention, Full & Final Settlement, PF Withdrawal Process.
12) Maintaining Compliance Register – Bonus Form A, B, C, D / Register of Fines, Overtime, Form X, XI under Minimum Wages, Form G & F under Gratuity Act
13) Handled Administration Work Related to Plants
14) Capex Preparation to Fulfilment
15) Yearly Planning of HR Budgeting & Costing
