Minimum Requirements
• HR Generalists with at least five years of experience in Recruitment, HRIS, Payroll, Policies, HR Compliance and other HR operational functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (non-negotiable), Hindi and Gujarati
• Excellent listening skills and empathy
• Excellent presentation preparation and delivery
• Excellent Email and drafting skills
• Adept at office management
• Ability to collaborate and work with a wide diversity of terms and individuals
• Ability to identify issues and create action plans
• Comfortable meeting strict deadlines and schedules while setting priorities
• Ability to work under pressure and to work with frequent interruptions.
• Multitasking abilities
• Ability to multi-task and manage timelines
Qualification/skillsets
• Education Qualification B.Com/M.Com with MBA in Human Resources
• Primary, Secondary & Higher Education in English Medium
• IT savvy and adept with the latest tools and techniques
• Proficient in MS Office, PPT, Excel, Grammarly and ChatGPT
Experience: Five Years of relevant experience. Experience in the Education sector is preferred
Highly Desirable:
Polite and approachable
Experience working in an academic environment
Note:
Candidates belonging to Ahmedabad/Gujarat will be given a preference
Candidates willing to join within 30 days will be given a preference
Type of Appointment: Regular / Contractual
Pay range - Annual CTC of INR 5 to 7 lacs PA
